The final hearing in the lawsuit for insult and defamation filed by Macedonian Human Rights Movement International and MHRMI President Bill Nicholov against the foreign minister of the regime in Macedonia, Bujar Osmani, will take place this Friday, September 15, 2023 at 10am, Room 8, Basic Civil Court, Skopje, Macedonia.
We call on Macedonian and international media, human rights organizations, politicians, diplomats and all interested in human rights and the rule of law to attend and report on this important case.
The regime in Macedonia was installed by the United States to benefit its own foreign policy and to force through the highly derogatory name change to "North Macedonia", followed by further acts aimed at destroying Macedonians' ethnic identity, and is notorious for its brutal crackdown on human rights and dissent.
Because of Nicholov and MHRMI's defence of Macedonians and criticism of the regime, Osmani made blatantly false, insulting and slanderous remarks about them (details below).
