The Mala Prespa, Golo Brdo and Gora regions of Macedonia were annexed by Albania in 1919. Macedonians live in these regions but also throughout Albania and are subject to varying degrees of discrimination by the Albanian government.

Saying You're Macedonian Is Not Enough

You need to take action. Otherwise, everything Macedonian will continue to be given away to those who want us eradicated. You'll be forever known as a "North Macedonian" from "North Macedonia" — terms specifically designed to eradicate our name, identity, culture, heritage, language, and history.

Saying you're Macedonian is not enough. Simply attending Macedonian events is not enough. Complaining about the brutality of the past several years without taking action is not enough.

Macedonian Human Rights Movement International does not stand idly by. We've been leading the Macedonian cause for almost four decades, with concrete human rights projects throughout all of partitioned Macedonia and international lobbying for our name and rights.

MHRMI Demands Return of Macedonia's Name/Nullification of "Prespa Agreement"

Macedonian Human Rights Movement International demands the immediate nullification of the "Prespa Agreement", which illegally and forcibly changed Macedonia's name into the highly derogatory "North Macedonia" in 2019, and in contravention of the Macedonian constitution, parliamentary rules, Macedonian and international law, and multiple international human rights conventions. Full details are below. Nullifying this illegal treaty will return Macedonia's name and guarantee its right to self-determination.

Western Politicians Are Murderers

Breaking news! International outrage! Someone spraypainted a politician’s office with a message (oh my God, what did it say?!) …condemning genocide and the politician for actively enabling it. Of course, Western politicians and their obedient media condemn the graffiti, not the genocide.

They have inexplicably “perfected” their faux outrage routines as the public – that is either too lazy, stupid or callous to realize it – soaks up their crocodile tears and turns a blind eye to mass murder committed by the supposed human rights “defenders”.

For the sake of clarity, which is probably necessary for most in the Western public, Israel is committing genocide in Palestine.
