Fighting to restore our Macedonian name, identity, and history and funding human rights projects throughout all of partitioned Macedonia are not charitable by law. But is this a prerequisite before you help?

Other groups donate to help their governments commit genocide or cultural genocide. The vast majority of Macedonians who are in a position to provide assistance do not contribute to stop genocide because they will not receive the limited benefits of a charitable tax receipt. One should not give for the sake of receiving.

Donating to a cause because you get a tax receipt or a cause that does nothing to aid in restoring our name and preventing the exponential rise in anti-Macedonian abuses will only ensure that you will forever be known as a “North Macedonian” from “North Macedonia” and will only ensure our eradication.
